摘要
本文提出的多组分间歇精馏过程计算模型,以非线性微分方程组描述,结合平衡关系和初始条件用四阶Runge-Kutta法进行数值模拟,其结果反映了多组分间歇精馏的动态特性和影响因素。本模型对理想溶液和非理想溶液的间歇精馏操作均具有一定指导作用。
The autonomous ordinary differential equations describing the batch distillation of multicomponent solution were derived.They were modelled by the numerical technique of four set Runge-Kutta method with the equillibrium relationships and initial conditions.The simulation results showed the dynamics and main factors of the batch distillation of multicomponent solution,being referential to the operation of batch distillation of ideal solution and non-ideal solution.
