摘要
本文系统地介绍了该院药学管理工作的组织结构、实施网络和规范化、法制化管理，对其他医院药事管理和制订发展规划有参考价值。
This paper presents the administration of pharmacy in this hospital with respect to the organization,performing network as well as standard and legal management.We think it may be of use for other hospitals in administering hospital pharmacy and working out a development plan.
