摘要
本文比较了１１种单味中药和复方大青叶的袋泡剂和汤剂在浸出质量上的差异。结果：麻黄、山楂、牡蛎和复方大青叶袋泡剂水中溶出物干重明显较汤剂高（ｐ＜０．０５），复方大青叶两种剂型对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用没有明显差异，制备袋泡剂的粒度以１０～８０目为适。从而认为：中药袋泡剂的效果要优于汤剂，节约药材约４０％，是一个值得开发的新剂型。
A comparison was made between the powder bag and decoction of 11 traditional Chinese drugs and Isatis tinoctoria compositae in respect to the leaching rate.The dry weights of extracts dissolved in water from powder bags of herba ephedra,Fructus Crataegi,Concha Ostreae and Istais tinoctori a compositae were much higher(p<0.05),as compared with those from corresponding decocting medicinal herbs.No sign ifieant difference was found between two forms of Isatis tinoctoria compositae in bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus.It is suitable to range the size of powder in bag from 10 to 80 mus. We conclude that the powder bag of these 11 traditional Chinese drugs and Isatis tinoctoria compositae is superior to the corresponding decoction,saving cr1ide drugs about 40%.It is worthwhile to developed the powder bag of Chinese drugs.
