日粮中添加硫酸钠对肉兔生产性能及肉品品质的影响 被引量:7

The Effect of Sodium Sulfate Supplementation to Diet on Performance and Meaty Merit of Meat-Rabbits

摘要 选择45日龄太行山兔100只,研究在含硫氨基酸水平不同的日粮中添加硫酸钠对其生产性能及肉质的影响。结果表明:在含硫氨基酸达到需要量80%~96%的日粮中添加0.2%~0.4%硫酸钠,均能明显提高肉兔的日增重、饲料转化率、屠宰率及经济效益。其中以含硫氨基酸为需要量的96%时添加0.2%硫酸钠效果最佳,日增重,饲料转化率,屠宰率及经济效益分别提高21.02%(P<0.01)、17.56%、12.30% The effects of adding sodium sulfate to diets with different levels of sulfur-amino acids on the performance and meaty merit were studied with 100 Taihang Mountain rabbits at the age of 45 day old. The result showed that significant increase in average daily gain(ADG) ,feed efficiency, dressing percentage and ecnomic efficiency were obtained from 0. 2%-0. 4% sodium suJfate added to the basal diet meeting 80%-96% of the requriement of sulfur-amino acids. The best result was obtained when 0. 2% sodium sulfate was added to the basal diet meeting 96% of sulfur-amino acids requriement. ADG, feed efficiency, dressing percentage and ecnomic efficiency increased by 21. 02%(P<0. 01), 17. 56% , 12. 30% (P<0. 01) and 30. 90% respectively. There was no influence on meaty merit. When sulfur amino acid meets 100% of the need, adding 0. 2% sodium sulfate could not promote the growth further.
