摘要
根据Ａｃｃｏｔｏｂ３３０Ｅ在酸碱条件下稳定的特点，经甲醇／水在酸性溶液中提取，经石油醚液－液分配，混合后在层析柱净化。于ＯＶ－１０１玻璃柱气相色谱ＥＣＤ（电子捕获）上进行定量分析。木方法试剂易得，预处理流程合理，操作简便，有较好地回收率和重现性（回收率均在８６％～１１２％之间），适合快速简便地分析烟叶中除芽通的残留含量。
According to its stability under the acid and basic conditions, Accotob 330E was extracted in acid liquid by methanol and water, distributed by petroleum ether liquid, scavenged on the Chromatography column after blending and quantitatively analysed on OV-101 glass column gas chromatography ECD(electronic trap). The method has advantages of getting the reagent easily, proper pretreatment process and easily operating and has better recovery rate and reappearce (recovery rate of 86%～112%). Therefore, it is suitable for easily and fast analysing the residual Content of Accotob 330E in tobacco leaves.
