摘要
对１８例危重心脏瓣膜病患者进行急诊手术治疗，其中行二尖瓣闭式分离术４例，二尖瓣替换术３例，再次二尖瓣替换术６例，主动脉瓣替换术３例，主动脉瓣加二尖瓣替换术２例。术后早期死亡４例（占２２．２％），其余均痊愈出院。本文对手术时机、手术要点及术后处理的特殊性做了讨论。
Emergency surgery was performed on 18 critical patients with heart valvular disease,including 4 cases of closed commissurotomy,3 of mitral valve replacement (MVR), 6 of re-MVR, 3 of aortic valve replacement (AVR),2 of MVR+AVR. 4 patients died at the early postoperative period (22.2 %).The operative chance,operative skill, and characteristics of operative treatment were discussed.
