摘要
自１９８０年至１９９３年４月间共收治心脏肿瘤１００例，其中粘液瘤９６例（９６％）、右房巨大海绵状血管瘤、左房血管肉瘤、左室纤维瘤及右室血管纤维肉瘤各１例，均行手术治疗。其中男性３５例，女性６５例。年龄１２～６７岁。全部病例均经超声心动图及病理检查确诊。手术在中低温体外循环下进行。２例粘液瘤术后并发脑栓塞及肾功能衰竭死亡，手术死亡率２％。
Cardiac tumors of one hundred patients(35males, 65 females) aged 12-66 years had been successfully resected from 1980 to 1993 including 96 cases of myxoma(96%), 1 case each of right atrial cavernous hemangioma, left atrial hemangiosarcoma, left ventricular fibroma and right ventricular hemangiofibroma. Echocardiography provided reliable method for diagnosis.The cardiac tumors were resected under extracorporeal circulation with moderate hypothermia. The types of tumors were confirmed by pathological examination. Two cases of myxoma died of postoperative renal failure and cerebral embolism with an operative mortality of 2%.
