摘要
本文报告７例先天性冠状动脉瘘的诊断和治疗经验，并对其发病规律、解剖特点、手术指征、手术方式和手术技巧进行讨论。冠状动脉瘘一旦确诊应尽早手术。发现瘘口、严密缝扎、防止遗漏是手术治疗的关键。
Seven cases of congenital coronary artery fistula were reported.The incidence of the disease,anatomic anomaly,surgical indication and procedures were discussed.Congenital coronary artery fistula should be operated as soon as diagnosed.Identification of the internal orifice and thorough closure are key points for the treatment of coronary artery fistula.
