摘要
本文报告1984～1986年我院13例原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤。其中幕下,脊髓内各1例;幕上11例。多发3例。体表淋巴结肿大1例。大部分病例的周围血像分类中显示淋巴细胞增多。
From 1984 to 1986,13 cases of CNS primary malighant lymphoma were encountered.All of these tumors were situated supratentorially with the exception of one infratentorially and another one intrathecally.Multiple lymphomas were found in 3 cases which accounted for 23%. Swelling of superficial lymph node was seen only in 1 case (7.6%).But, increasing of lymphocytes in peripheral blood study was existed in the majority of these cases.The related literatures were reviewed in this paper. The origin of this tumor,its diagnosis and treatment are also discussed.
