摘要
本文报道罕见的颅内孤立性浆细胞瘤4例,经脑血管造影或CT打描,均误诊为脑膜瘤。手术证实4例分别来自蝶嵴区,中颅窝,岩锥的硬脑膜及顶枕部大脑镰;病理镜检及免疫组织化学检查为浆细胞瘤。
Four cases of intracranial solitary plasmacytoma are repored.All were misdiagnosed as meningiomas on cerebral angiogram and /or CT scan. During operation,the origin of the tumor was found from the dura of spheniod ridge, middle cranial fossa.,petrons bone and parietooccipital falx, respectively.The histological diagnosis was confirmed by both pathological and immunohistochemical study.Clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as the origin of this tumor were discussed briefly.
