摘要
通过ＳＰＦ鸡胚连续、快速传代，从自然发病雏鸡脑组织中分离出一株禽脑脊髓炎病毒．暂命名为ＡＥＶ－ＮＨ９３７株，该病毒在发病鸡胚的肠上皮细胞、胰岛细胞和大脑神经细胞的胞浆中呈颗粒状，直径２５～３０ｎｍ，对盐酸、氯仿、胰蛋白酶具有抵抗力，在二价镁离子保护下可抵抗热效应（５０℃），病毒滴度６．１６（即ＥＩＤ（５０）＝６．１６），中和指数２４５。
Abstract A new strain if AEV, AEV937, was isloated from brain of the naturally diseased nesting chicken by continuouSlly and rapidly passasins in SPF chicken embryos. The virus existed in cytoplasmp of intestinal epithelial cells, pancreas islet cells and cerebral nerve cells of the embryos inoculated with AEV937. The viral P8rticle was hexagonal and with a diameter of 25-30urn. The virus was resistant to acid chloroform, trypsin and heat(50C ) under the protection of two-valent Magnesium ion. The virus titer was 6. 16 and neutralization index was 245.
