摘要
通过采集发病鸡眼部病料等作病原分离培养、形态学观察、生化特性试验,共分离到2株大肠杆菌(9401、9403)和1株沙门氏菌(9402).9401号菌对雏鸡有致病力而对小鼠无致病力;9402号菌对雏鸡及小鼠均有致病力.9401号首和9402号菌对雏鸡的半数致死量分别为4.40×10(10)CFU、2.20×10(10)CFU;9402号菌对小鼠半数致死量为2.14×10(10)CFU.交叉凝集反应结果表明,9201、9202、9203、9301、9302、9303号菌属同一血清型;9304、9305、9306、9401、9403号菌分属不同血清型。
Abstract Three gram--negative bacteria were isolated from 'the eyes and livers of sick and dead birds suffering from the ophthalrnitis distributed in Chongqing. They were classfied as Escherichia colt (2 isolates) and salmonella pullorum (1 isolate). Two of the three isolates of gram-nesative bacteria were inoculated respectively intraperitoneally into small white mice and 7-days-old male yisa chickens. The results indicated that E. colt is hishly virul:ent in 7-day-old chickens with a mean lethal dose (LD5o ) of 4. 4 × 10loCFU, S. pullorum is respectively highly virulent in small white mice and 7-da-old chickens with LDso of 2. 14 × 1010 CFU and 2. 20 × 1010 CFU.
