摘要
报道采用提上睑肌腱膜的Ｍｌｌｅｒ’ｓ肌瓣与额肌连接术治疗重度上睑下垂２０例（２５只眼），经６个月～３年随访，满意率为６０％，基本满意２０％，有５只眼矫正不足，无过度矫正者。详细介绍了手术方法。讨论了手术原理、优缺点等。

eyes)of severe ptosis were treated with the levator aponeurosis-Mller'smuscle complex combined
frontalis suspension. From 6 months to 3 years following-up the re-sults were satisfactory. The
surgical procedure was described.The surgical principles,advantagesand disadvantages were
