自体腹膜管替代血管生物物理学实验研究 被引量:3

ABSTRACTBIOPHYSICAL STUDY ON THE REPLACEMENT OF DEFECT OF ABDOMINAL AORTA WITH AUTOGENEOUS PERITONEAL TUBE

摘要 用14只犬的带腹直肌后鞘腹膜缝制成5~8.5cm长的腹膜管,并间置于切断的腹主动脉上,通过移植前后对腹膜管生物物理学观察表明:移植物动脉压与腹主动脉压无显著变化;移植物抗张强度大于腹主动脉;移植物管径呈均匀扩张;管腔通畅率为100%;有血管内皮细胞长入管腔。 n 14 dogs.the defect of the abdominal aorta was replaced by 5 to 8.5cm autogenous peri-toneal tube wich was composed of the peritoneum with the posterior sheath of the rectus muscle.The biophysical properties of the peritoncal tube was studied before and after replacement, and itshowed that:(1)there was no significant difference between the arterial pressure of grafts andmormal abdominal aorts;(2) the tension strenghth was more than abdominal aorta,(3)the rateof patercy waS 100 per cent. Therfore. the autogcnous peritoneal tube might serve as a new typeof material for replacement of vessels.
