摘要
肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤，用原撕脱皮肤剪除脂肪后形成全厚皮片回植修复３６５例。经平均１２年３个月随访，肢体功能良好，皮肤色素沉着少，表面平滑、光泽、美观。这种手术方法具有成活率高，简便，减少创伤等优点。受到擦伤和轻度挫伤的皮肤仍可保留使用。讨论了肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤的特点，其它修复方法的优缺点等。

wound of the extremity in 366 cases.The patients were followed up for an average of12 years
and 3 months.The functions of the extremities were good.and the surface of the graft-ed area
was smooth,with good luster and good looking.This type of repair provided a high sur-vival
rate, simple and less traumatic The avused skin even had abrasion or mild contusion
couldstill be used.The peculiarities of the large sized skin avulsion and the advantages and
disadvan-tages of other reparative methods were discussed.
