摘要
自１９９２年以来，采用拇指背动脉为蒂的逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损６例，均获成功。皮瓣为１．５ｃｍ×２ｃｍ～４ｃｍ×３．５ｃｍ。经随访，拇指外形好，关节活动不受限，有痛觉恢复。手术的改进要点是：供区为第１、２掌骨背侧，不需切断拇短伸肌健。操作更简单，术后功能恢复快。

cases of the finger-tip defects and the results were successful.The skinmeasured from 1.5cm
× 2cm to 4cm × 3.5cm. From the follow-up,the external appearance of the thumbs looked
nice, no limitation of joint motions was noticed and the pain sensaticn was re-covered .The
major improvement of this operation was that the donor skin was chosen from thedorsum of
the first and second metacarpal bones,thus it was not necessary to divide the tendonof the
extensor pomcis brevis,so that the operative procedure was siinple and the
postoperativefunctionai recovery was rapid.
