摘要
对４０例平均病程１９年的慢性精神分裂症病人用奖励行为疗法进行治疗，评价该疗法对慢性病人社会功能康复的作用。用自订的行为量表观察，每二周评分一次，同时在治疗前后再用ＳＡＮＳ和ＷＨＯ的社会功能残疾评定量表进行对照评分，三月为一疗程。治疗六周后，病人活动交往增加，意志要求增强，有回归社区的需求。提示木疗法能改善病人的社会功能缺陷。
chronic schizophrenics whose average duration were 19 years were treated by reward behaviour therapy to assess its effects of rehabilitation of the patients in social functions. These patients were evaluated by the rating scale laid down by ourself for once in two weeks ,while they were also evaluated by SANS and the disability of social functions laid down by WHO before and after the treatment to compare with eath other. The course of the therapy was 3months.After 6 weeks, the activities and communications of the patients were increased. Their volition enhanced and they wanted to return to community.It is suggested that by the therapy , the deficits of social functions were improved.
