摘要
用肝、脾铁蛋白抗体对123例活检脑胶质瘤石蜡切片进行双PAP染色,结果显示69/123例(56%)脾铁蛋白阳性,68/119例(57%)肝铁蛋白阳性,其阳性率随肿瘤恶性度增高而增加。铁蛋白主要分布于肿瘤细胞内,少数分布于血管内、外皮细胞和吞噬细胞内。这提示脑胶质瘤组织中的瘤细胞和间质反应细胞能产生铁蛋白。铁蛋白阳性瘤细胞在组织中的分布不均,说明肿瘤异质性。
Immunohistochemical spleen ferritin was demonstrated in 69 of 123 (56%)cerebrogliomas.Liver ferritin had almost the same reaction as spleen ferritin.There were 10 positive in 34 (29%) fibrillary astrocytomas,6 in 18 (33%) pilocytic astrocytomas, 9 in 15 (60%) protoplasmic, 9 in 17 (53%) gemistocytic, 20 in 23 (87%) grade Ⅲ glioblastomas,and 15 in 16 (94%) grade Ⅳ.Ferritin staining was detected mainly in neoplastic cells a few ferritin positive reaction were also detected in proliferative endothelial and perithelial cells of blood vessels and in proliferative histocytes.These immunohistochemical findings may suggest that neoplastic cells and stromatic reactive cells in cerebrogliomas can produce ferritin,the rate of positivity of ferritin being parallel with the degree of malignancy of the tumor.
