摘要
应用复合参数生物反馈仪对原发性高血压患者进行△Zpp和HR两个参数的生物反馈训练。在31人次训练结果中,△Zpp上升占74%,平均上升8.9%;HR下降占65%,平均下降4.7%。每次训练前后血压平均下降1.9±1.1/0.8±0.9KPa。△Zpp、HR的变化与血压变化明显相关。研究结果表明,生物反馈可以调节高血压患者的血流动力学参数,并有明确降压作用。
Hypertensive patients were trained with the △Zpp and HR compound parameters biofeedback instrument. In 31 records of biofeedback training, 74% of the records showed that △Zpp rised,the average rising was 8. 9% ; 65 % of the records showed that HR declined, the average declining was 4. 7%. During each training, the patient,s blood pressure decreased about 1. 9± 1. 1/0. 8±0. 9 KPa in mean level. The interrelationship between the change of △Zpp.HR and blood pressure is significant. The result shows that biofeedback can regulate the patient's hemodynamic parameters and reduce the patient,s blood pressure.
