摘要
为探讨ＱＴｃ、ＪＴｃ、ＱＴａ、ＱＴｒ及ＱＴ／ＴＱ在冠心病诊断及其预后中的价值，本文对１４０６例正常人和９组（共８９１人）病例进行观察分析。结果表明：ＱＴｃ虽能反映心室复极异常，但不适于心室除极顺序异常者。ＪＴｃ不仅能真实反映心室复极异常，而且也适用于心室除极正常和异常两种情况。ＱＴａ延长对诊断冠心病和判断心室复极较为敏感。静息状态下ＱＴ／ＴＱ≥１．１对冠心病的诊断和治疗均有指导意义。若ＱＴｃ、ＪＴｃ、ＱＴａ、ＱＴ／ＴＱ四者综合分析，对冠心病的早期诊断、冠脉受累程度和ＡＭＩ预后的判断均有重要价值。对可疑慢性冠状动脉供血不足病例，如能结合运动负荷试验和前三值的变化，则更有参考价值。ＱＴｒ组间比无显著差异，且计算复杂，实用价值较小。
To investigate the value of QTc.JTc.QTa.QTr and QT/TQ in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronacy Heart Disease(CHD),this paper observed and analysed 1406 normal persons and 9 groups of patients(891 cases).The results show : although QTc reflects the abnormality of ventriclar repolarization it can't be used in the abnormal process of ventriclar depolarizatiou JTc not only shows the abnormality of ventricular repolarization butfor shrws the normality and abnormality of ventricular depolarization.The prolongation of QTa is very sensitive to the diagnosis of CHD and the judgement of ventricular repolqrization.QT/TQ ≥1.1 has guiding to the diagnosis and treatment of CHD at quiescent state.It is valuable to the early diagnosis of CHD the lesion deree of coronacy,artery and the prognosis of AMI.if QTc.JTc. QTa.and QT/TQ are considered at the same time. It will have significant reference value to the suspected chronic case of coronacy insufficienly.if one takes into accunt the differences of QTc. JTc. and QTa before and after execrice tolerance test.
