摘要
本文报告25例脑肿瘤(胶质瘤22例)患者免疫功能的检测;结果为:血清IgG、IgA和IgM的差异无显著性(P>0.05);患者血中T细胞E-玫瑰花结、淋转率和B细胞百分率均下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01);9例血中NK细胞百分率均低于正常值,采用免疫组化染色法检测25例脑肿瘤组织,见单个核细胞浸润很少,其中T细胞占67.7％;T_4/T_3比值低于正常;B细胞极少,Leu_7^+细胞完全缺无。说明脑瘤患者细胞免疫功能明显低下。
Humoral and cellular immune status of 25 patients with brain tumor (including 22 cases of glial tumor) were examined.The results compared to the controls were as follows:patient's serum immunoglobulins IgG,IgA and IgM were no statistically significant difference (p>0.05), in the peripheral blood decrease of percentages of T,B cell has statistically significant difference (<0.01).The NK cell activity of nine patients was lower than normal limits (25—56%), respectively.In order to show the mononuclear cell infiltrates in the tumor parenchyma, the frozen sections of 25 brain tumor specimens were examined especially by utilizing a MA immunohistochemical stain method (ABC technique). The findings revealed that T cells infiltrates was 68% in the total cells. In most cases,the T8 cell infiltrates increased. The ratio of T4/T8 were 1.23:1.It is lesser than normal (2:1).There were not only few existance of B cells in 7 cases,but also a deficiency of Leut cell in all cases. All these changes,showed the cellular immune function were decreased in patient with brain tumor.
