摘要
本研究采用淀粉凝胶电泳法首次对我国12个水牛类群共1058头水平血清白蛋白多态性进行了*检测。结果表明我国水平血清白蛋白多态性主要受*A1bA和AlbX两个等位基因控制,其基因频率分别为0.228和0.770,表现为AA、AX和XX3种基因型。各*类群间基因频率差异不显著(P>0.05),遗传距离很*近,具有同源关系。同时在中国沼泽型水牛中发现,原*认为仅在在于江河型水平的AIbB基因,可能说明两型水牛在起源上有一定联系。
The serum albumin polymorphism of 1058 animals from twelve Swamp buffalo types in China were analyzed by starch gel electrophoresis. Three phenotypes controlled by two co-dominant alleles ( AlbA and Albx ) were identified. The fre- quencies of AlbA and Albx are 0. 228 and 0.770, respectively. There are no significant differenoes in gene frequencies among all the buffalo types (P> 0. 05 ) , which indicates that their genetic variances are slight and their origins are the same.
