摘要
ＸＹＹ综合征的主要特征是身材高大和反社会的行为异常，患者还可伴有心理和精神异常。本文报告了２例临床症状不典型而用Ｇ带分析和染色体原位杂交证实了的该综合征患儿。说明此综合征临床表现是多种多样的。如早期发现、加强教育，可以减少反社会的行为异常出现。
Tall stature and antisocial behavior are generally considered major clinical feature of XYY Syndrome.Sometimes the patienets may appear psychological and mental disorder.In this paper two patients of antitype stigma has been reported by using G banding techniques of chromosomes and chromosomes in situ hybridization. This investigation show that clinical manifestation of XYY syndrome have many alterations. If patients are found and intervened early, antisocial behavior will be reduced.
