摘要
利用北京医科大学基础医学院血液流变学研究中心与北京地质仪器厂共同研制的ＧＹＪⅡ型激光衍射仪对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者的红细胞变形指数［（ＤＩ）ｍａｘ、ＩＤＩ］进行研究。其结果表明，ＮＩＤＤＭ患者的（ＤＩ）ｍａｘ、ＩＤＩ值随患者病程长短而有差异，与正常对照组相比，病程在３年以下者（ＤＩ）ｍａｘ无显著性差异，而ＩＤＩ值则有显著性差异；但如有合并症，则两个参数值均有显著性差异。３年以上者，随病程的延长反映红细胞变形性的（ＤＩ）ｍａｘ、ＩＤＩ值降低越显著。提示：ＮＩＤＤＭ患者红细胞变形性改变与其病程的长短或病情的轻重有关。
Deformation indexes((DI)max、IDI) of RBCs in patients with non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) were studied. The results showed that the values of(DI) max and IDI in NIDDM patients were negatively associated with the duration of NIDDM.No difference for (DI) max was found in patients of less than 3 years without complications but significant difference for IDI, and significant difference for both(DI)max and IDI for patients less than 3 years with complications.In patients of more than 3 years significant differences for both (DI)max and IDI were found and the decrease of(DI)max and IDI with the increase of the duration of NIDDM became more manifest.These facts suggest that the duration or the situation of NIDDM patients may be judged by the changes in deformation indexes of RBCs.
