摘要 本文介绍了综合比相式新型接地与相间距离继电器。这种继电器比较四个电气量的相位,要求四个电气输入量相位差小于90°时动作,一个这种继电器相当于六个比较两个电气输入量相位的继电器。它综合了姆欧元件,方向元件,零序及负序电(?)元件和选相元件的性能。从而获得了优越的性能,其选相能力尤为卓著,在双回线的跨线故障时也能选出故障(这方面的性能将在另一篇文章中介绍)。此继电器用于CKJ系列距离保护装置中作为主要的测量元件。 This paper introduces a new multiplex phase-comparison type ground and phase distance relay. This new relay compares the phase angles of 4 voltages. It trips when the phase difference between each pair of the 4 voltages is less than 90°. So this relay works as 6 relays, each one of which compares the phase relation of 2 voltages of them, and a trip signal is sent when all the 6 relays pick up. This new relay combines the functions of the mho relay, directional relay, zero and negative reactance relay and phase selection relay, so a good performance is obtained. The phase selction bility is most excllent. It can identify the faulted phases of the interline faults of parallel lines.(The performance in this respect will be discussed in another paper) This relay is used, as main measuring element of the CKJ series distance protection system.
