摘要
将柔嫩、毒害、巨型艾美耳球虫的孢子化卵囊制成可溶性抗原，用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测鸡球虫双重致弱多价疫苗（ＤＬＶ虫苗，为柔嫩、毒害、巨型艾美耳球虫三价苗）免疫鸡血清抗球虫抗体的消长规律。免疫程序为给３、８、１６日龄公雏鸡３次拌料口服免疫，免疫后４天，血清中抗柔嫩、毒害艾美耳球虫的抗体迅速增加，并于免疫后第７天达到最大值，血清中抗巨型文美耳球虫的抗体在免疫后迅速增加，并于免疫后第６天达到最大值。这三种抗体均能维持较高水平至少至５０日龄。说明ＤＬＶ虫苗是安全、可靠、有效的。
Soluble antigens prepared from sporulated oocysts of E.tenella,B.necatrix and E.maxima were used for ELISA to investigate antibodies titer in sera of chickens immuned with doubly attenuated vaccine (DLV) at 3,8 and 16 days age.ELISA values increased rapidly after day 4 post immunization and reached the maximus levels after day 7 post immunization against both E. tenella and E.necatrix.ELISA values against E.maxima increased rapidly after immunization and reached the maximus level after day 6 post immunization.ELISA values would keep at high levels to 50 days old at least.All these revealed that the DLV was safe,stable and effective.
