摘要
本文通过对半导体激光器内部光与物质相互作用的分析和计算,证明条型激光器的光场漂移对激光的模式增益谱有很强的影响.它可以导致模式增益谱出现双峰结构。从而产生激光器的双纵模簇激射.
The analysis and calculation of the interaction between light and matter in semiconductorlasers are presented.It is shown that the drift of near field have a great influence on themode gain spectra of stripe geometry lasers.It leads to mode gain spectra with two peaks andcauses lasing of two longitudinal mode families in semiconductor lasers.
