摘要
用新型表达载体PGEX4T－2在大肠杆菌内高效表达了丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白。所表达的核心蛋白融合有谷优甘肽转移酶，用Sepharose4B—GSH凝胶一步亲和层析纯化即可获得高纯度的核心蛋白、该蛋白具有较好的抗原性和特异性。
A new type vector (PGEX4T-2) was used for high expression of HCV core protein in E. coli. The expressed HCV core protein (fused with glutathione transferase) was further purified by affinity chromatography using Sepharose 4B-GSH, and the final products showed good antigenicity and specificity.
