摘要
应用ELISA间接法检测人血清的VZV抗体具有高度的特异性。在VZV患者恢复期血清中分别加入VZV、HSV-1、HSV-2和CMV抗原做阻断抑制试验,只有VZV抗原有阻断其IgG抗体的活性,其阻断率达98%以上;血清中存在HSV-1、HSV-2和CMV抗体不影响VZVIgG的检测结果。用本法检测VZVIgG滴度比IFA、CF和NT高数十倍,用于流行病学调查和免疫应答评价均获得满意的结果。
Indirect ELISA is a highly specific method for detection of VZV IgG in buman serum. Blocking inhibition test was carried out by adding VZV, HSV-1, HSV-2 and CMV antigens in serum of convalescent with VZV. The result showed that only VZV antigen could block the activty of VZV IgG, and the blocking rate reached above 98%. The HSV-1,HSV-2 and CMY antibody in serum could not affect the detection results. The VZV IgG antibody titer detected by the method was several 10·fulds higher than those detected by IFA,CF and NT. The maethod was used for epidemiological investigation and estimation of immune response and acquired satisfactory resuits.
