赤眼蜂人工寄主卵液关键物质冷冻干燥剂研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文报道繁殖赤眼蜂的人工寄主卵液关键物质浓缩干燥剂的研制。4批试验的结果证明,在-5℃下保存44~55个月的柞蚕蛹匀浆冷冻干燥剂,稀释成人工卵液后制成的人工卵卡,繁殖赤眼蜂,卵粒寄生率可达91.49%~98.86%;蜂蛹羽化率达76.32%~84.49%;雌蜂能育率为70%~80%;繁殖倍数达9.62~11.74倍;质量与新鲜蛹匀浆无明显差异。该制品体积小,方便贮藏和远距离运输,保存期长,一次制备可供4年应用;繁殖工作可不受季节限制。 Since 1985, 4 batches of Antheraea pupal holotissues, which were concent reated and dried with antiseptic and protective material were stored in 5℃ in our laboratory. After storing 44~55 months, the dried holotissue was made int o artificial eggs and compared with artificial eggs made of fresh holotissue. Th e result showed that 91.49%~98.86% of the artificial eggs were parasitized, f rom which 76.32%~84 49% emerged adults. The fecundity was 70%~80% and th e propagation coefficient was 9.62~11.74 for the stored and fresh holotissues, respectively. This method is very convenient for storing and transporting of a rtificial diet due to its smaller size and availability at any season for indust rial production of Trichogramma spp..
