摘要
以pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液为释放介质,采用转蓝法测定了不同甲壳素含量的双氯灭痛缓释片的体外累体释放度。结果表明,随着片剂中壳素含量的增高、片剂溶出变慢,且溶出越符合零级释放。
The accumulative dissolution rates of five kinds of sustained release tablets of diclofenac sodium with different chitin content were detected in vitro at 37 C by rotation-basket method. The rotational speed was 100 r/min and the dissolvent was phosphate buffer (pH 6. 8). The results showed the tablets dissolution were slower and approached zero-order release with chitin content increasing.
