摘要
在９０例急性脑梗塞患者中应用前瞻性研究观察丹皮酚、川芎嗪复方制剂（苏脑片）的临床疗效。发现在低分子右旋糖酐基础上加用苏脑片治疗，其神经功能缺损的平均减少分数优于单独低分子右旋糖酐治疗（Ｐ＜０．０５），同时证实苏脑片有降低体内血小板活化程度的作用。
For observing clinical effects of ligustrazine and salvia miltiorrhizae(Su Nao Plan),a prospective pilot study was made in 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The results showed that the mean decreased scores of neurologic defects of the cases of received low molecular dextran combining Su Nao Plan were superior to that of the cases only received low molecular dextran(P<0.05).The results also showed that Su Nao Plan can reduce the platelet activation in patient with acute cerebral infarction.
