摘要
垂体后叶肿瘤很少见。本文报告来源于垂体后叶的垂体胶质瘤３例，并结合文献对垂体胶质瘤的名称与分类、临床表现、治疗和预后等问题进行了讨论。作者主张垂体胶质瘤应包括星形细胞瘤、颗粒细胞瘤和神经节细胞瘤。垂体胶质瘤术前很难与垂体腺瘤相鉴别。因大多数垂体胶质瘤为良性病变，主张手术治疗。其预后与肿瘤性质有关。
There were few reports about the tumor originating from posterior pituitary. This paper reports 3 cases of pituitary glioma deriving from posterior pituitary. Reviewing the related literature, the no menclature and classification of pituilary gliomaits clinical signs, the methods of treatment and its prognoses were discussed respectively. In arthors' opinion, the pituitary glioma might include astrocytoma, granular cell tumor and ganglioglioma. It was difficult to distinguish pituitary glioma before operation from pituitary adenoma. Operations were thought to be necessary, since the majority of the pituitary glioma were benign. The prognoses depend on the nature of the tumor.
