恙螨体内恙虫病立克次体动态变化的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 应用PCR技术研究地里纤恙螨(Leptotrombidiumdeliense)实验感染恙虫病立克次体(Rickettsiatsutsugamushi)后恙螨体内立克次体DNA的动态变化。结果如下:立克次体在接种组成虫体内持续360天和经卵传递达4代;叮咬组饱食蚴体内立克次体经若蛹、若虫、成蛹达成虫期,成虫体内立克次体持续270天和经卵传递达2代,表明叮咬带立克次体鼠和经卵传递是保持恙螨亲代和子代体内立克次体动态循环的基础。 This paper reports the dynamic state of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi in Leptotrombidium deliense. The results indicated that R. tsutsugamushi could maintain in L. deliense at least 360 days and it could transmit transovarially to the offsprings for 4 generations in inoculating group; in biting group the rickettsiae could keep 270 days in trombiculds after biting the rickettsiae carrier mouse and could transmit transovarially to the offspring for 2 generations.Rickettsiae could disappeared in L. deliense after a period of time. It was necessary for chigger mites to bite the rickettsiae host again and again to keep the cycle of R. tsutsugamushi in trombiculids.
