摘要
本文观察了两个农药厂51名氧乐果包装工人尿中代谢产物二甲基磷酸酯(DMP)的晨尿排泄量。同时用个体采样器测定其氧乐果的接触水平。尿中DMP 排泄量为0.31~1.92毫克/升,接触浓度为0.02~2.31毫克/米~3,经统计处理其中45例氧乐果接触浓度在0.30~2.31毫克/米~3间具正相关关系,r_1=0.4782,P<0.001。本文并报告大鼠静脉注射不同剂量氧乐果与其12小时尿中DMP 排泄量间的关系,r_2=0.9775,P<0.025,而胆碱酯酶(ChE)的活力变化在该条件下无显著差异,因此作者建议尿中代谢产物DMP 的测定可作为氧乐果及其同系物的一项生物接触指标并具一定优越性。
Concentration of urinary dimethyl phosphate(DMP),ametabolite of Omethoate,in the morning urine of 51 exposedworkers in two Omethoate plants were measured,and their re-lationship with Omethoate exposure levels estimated.Result of thestudy showed that there exist a positive correlation between Omethoateexposure and DMP excretion in the range of 0.3-2.3mg/M^3,(r_1=0.4782,P<0.001).The correlation between DMP excretion andOmethoate uptake of rats injected with different doses of Ome-thoate(i.v.)showed a value of r_2=0.9775,P<0.025,whiletheir cholinesterase activity showed no significant differences.It is suggested that the measurement of urinary DMP concentra-tion of workers exposed to Omethoate or its homologues be usedas a criterion to indicate risk hazards with advantage.
