摘要
本文以15月龄昆明鼠和60~72岁老龄人为对象,采用生物学活性检测法观察了北芪对老龄鼠脾细胞受ConA刺激后产生IL-2,TNF及IFN-γ水平的影响,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测了老龄鼠脾细胞上清中sIL-2R含量。实验结果证明老龄机体IL-2,TNF和IFN-γ分泌功能下降,sIL-2R水平增高。服用北芪后明显地提高了老龄机体的IL-2,TNF和rIF-γ水平,降低了sIL-2R水平,进而证明北芪是一种良好的免疫增强剂,能增强老龄机体抗肿瘤、抗感染,预防自身免疫病的发生及抗衰老等作用。
his paper reports
that the effect of AMB on the cytokines in aging mice and elderly
sub-jects. The results indicated that the cytokines of elderly
organism were markedly lower thanthose of control group,but after
treatment with AMB, the immune function vvas significantlyincreased.
The IL-2 . TNF and IFN-γ in the culture fluid of spleen cells from
aging mice wasdetermined with bioassavs method and the sIL-2R was
examined with ELISA. The resultsshowed that the levels of IL-2、TNF
and IFN-γ were more higher than those of control group inafter
treatment of AMB, but the level of sIL-2R was decreased
significantly. Thus the authorbelived that AMB may play a regulatory
role on immunological function and against infecti on,tumor,
autoimmune disease.
