摘要
选18只健康大白兔,采用Draize 法,结合摄相及微机处理,对新型除草剂2,(?)二氯-6-硝基苯酚胺盐的兔眼刺激反应进行了评价,观察21天结果表明,该品固体粉末属极强刺激物,禁入眼内。经稀释为1.7%(实际喷药浓度)的溶液属极弱刺激物,较为安全。
Eighteen normal rabbits were chosen for eye irritation testof a new herbicide ammonium salt of 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol(DCNP).The Draize method with photography and computerwere used.Observation for 21 days showed that the solid powderof the salt is a very strong irritant to the eye and its contactshould be prohibited,while its 1.7% dilute solution forpractical use in spraying is a very weak irritant,and issafer to use.
