摘要
用金属铝尘和肺病变定量方法研究不同粒径粉尘致肺脏纤维化能力。大鼠染尘50mg,6、9个月后剖杀发现肺湿、干重和全肺胶原蛋白的升高。肺结节纤维化程度和范围是5μm、1μm 组动物明显重于10μm、15μm 组动物。5μm 铝尘引起肺Ⅳ级结节,1μm 铝尘引起肺Ⅲ级结节,10μm 铝尘引起Ⅱ级肺结节,15μm 铝尘只引起局部尘(?)和尘细胞结节。但10μm 以上铝尘可引起一定程度的肺气肿和肺泡壁肥厚。据此结果,提出一些粉尘危害评价的建议.
Fibrogenic effects of different sizes of aluminum dusts werestudied by quantitative lung pathological methods.Rats wereinstilled with 50mg aluminum dust and sacrificed 6 or 9 monthslater.The results showed that lung weight,either wet or dry,total lung collagen,the degree and extent of nodulation wereseverer in rats instilled with 1 μm,and 5 μm aluminum duststhan those instilled with 10 μm and 15 μm aluminum dusts.5μmdust produced degree 4 nodular fibrosis,1 μm dust produced deg-ree 3 lung nodule,10 μm dust caused degree 2 lung nodule,15μmdust only caused localized dust deposition and cellular nodules.Dusts larger than 10 μm also caused,to some extent,lung emphe-sema and alveolar wall thickening.According to the experimen-tal results,some suggestion on the evaluation of dust hazardwas made.
