较详细地介绍了合肥锰矿石精矿絮凝脱水的工业试验情况.工业试验表明:絮凝剂,斜板机以及自动压滤机的联合应用,可有效地改善锰精矿的浓缩脱水效果,使浓缩溢流浓度从2/~5%降到1%以下,锰精矿产率提高5%~6%;回收率提高6%~7%;滤饼水分从15%以上降为14%以下.工业试验为选矿车间全面改造精矿浓缩脱水方案的选择提供了可靠的依据.
This article give particulars of the commercial test of flocculating dewateringof Zun Yi manganese concentrates.The test shows that effective dewatering of the concen-trates can be achieved by means of integral application of flocculants,a lamella thickener andan automatic filter press, with the result that concentrations of thickened overflow reducesfrom 2%~5%to less than 1%,manganese concentrate yield increases by 5%~6%,the re-covery is 6%~7%higher and the moisture content of filtered cakes decreases from over 15%to below 14%. The test Provides a basis for improving the overall process of thicking de-wartering of the concentrates in the ore pressing Plant.
