广州市1991至1993年肾综合征出血热监测研究 被引量:4

Studies on Survei11ance of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS)in Guangzhou from 1991 to 1993

摘要 本文报告广州市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)监测结果,1991年全年总发病率0.37/10万,1992年0.49/10万,1993年0.34/10万,3年病死率4.2%;病例以中心城区多见,仍呈散发性,冬春季为发病高峰;发病以青壮年居多,临床轻、中型多见;1992年实验大白鼠型病人再次发生1例;正常人群血清学监测仍检出隐性感染者。鼠间监测选两个监测点,1个对照点,传染源仍以褐家鼠为主,无黑线姬鼠,疫源地不断扩大,发现新的带病毒鼠种──白腹巨鼠。海珠区监测点1992、1993年平均鼠密度4.0%,褐家鼠密度3.7%,带病毒率6.7%,带病毒鼠指数5.0;黄埔区鼠密度26%,褐家鼠密度1.4%,带病毒率9.1%,带病毒鼠指数3.6。1993年野外监测密度6.4%,带病毒率4.5%。3年来对实验大白鼠监测,抗原阳性率1.04%,抗体阳性率0.7%,总感染率1.1%;监测小白鼠235只,HFRS抗原全部阴性。 Results of surveillance showed that the total morbidity in 1991 was 0.37/100000, in 1992 0.49/100000 and in 1993 0.34/100000. The case fatality rate in thesethree years was 4.2%. Cases were mostly seen in central district of the city, and occurred sporadically. The peak occurred in winter and spring. Adolescent and adult cases were predominant. Most of the cases were mild and moderate types. One case of laboratory albino rat-type occurred again in 1992. Inapparent infection was still detected among healthy population. Surveillance on rats was carried out in two spots, with another spot as the control. The source of infection was mainly Rattus norvegicus.Apodemus agrarius was not found.The nidi of infection was expanding.Rattus edwardsi was found to be a new uirus-carrying species. In Haizhu District surveillance spot, the average rat density in 1992 and 1993 was 4%,the density of Rattus norveigcus 3.7%, the virus-carrying rate 6.7%, the virus-carrying rat index 5.0. In Huangpu District surveillance spot. the average rat density was 2.6%,the density of Rattus norvegicus 1.4%, the virus-carrying rate 9.1%,the virus-carrying rat index 3.6. In 1993,field surveillance showed that the rat density was 6.4%, the virus-carrying rate 4.5%. HFRS virus antigen and antibody were still detected in laboratory albino rats in these three years, with HFRS virus antigen-positive rate 1.04%, antibody-positive rate 0.7%, the total infection rate 1.1%. HFRS antigen was negative in 235 albino mice.
