摘要
作者于１９９０～１９９１年使用０．０７５％Ｑｕｉｎｔｏｘ毒饵，先后在北京、吉林和湖北等鼠害严重场所，对褐家鼠和黄胸鼠等进行７次现场灭鼠试验，其中５次试验效果较差，灭鼠率低于６５．３４％；另２次试验灭鼠率分别为１００．００％和８９．４８％，效果良好。未发生二次中毒现象，表明该毒饵安全性好。
The results of field trials of Quintox bait on controlling the commensal rodents are presented in this paper.Entrusted by the Burroughs Wellcome & Co.(HK) Ltd.,total 7 trials were conducted with the bait containing 0.075% cholecalcilferol (Vitammin D3) during 1990-1991 in Beijing,Jilin and Huhei,respectively,where the rodents have yielded serious problems.Among these trials,5 failed.a reduction of rodents population below 65.34%,while the other two trial showed cheerful effect,100% and 89.48% control of the rodents were reached.There was no secondary poison to be found,indicating it has a trustworty safety.
