摘要
用斑点杂交技术检测了１８例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）、２２例干燥综合征（ＳＳ）、２１例类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）患者及１６例正常人外周血淋巴细胞ＣＤ２、ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ的表达水平。结果表明，这３种病人ＣＤ２ｍＲＮＡ水平均较正常人有明显升高，ＳＬＥ和ＲＡ患者ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ比值也明显升高，而ＳＳ患者ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ比值在正常范围。在Ｔ细胞发育过程中，ＣＤ２先于ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８的表达，结果提示这３种疾病患者Ｔ细胞ＣＤ２ｍＲＮＡ表达的增加．影响了ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ的表达，从而可以影响淋巴细胞乃至整个机体的免疫平衡。
t reported that the level of CD2、CD4和CD8 mRNA
expression in peripheral blood lym-phocytes from the patients with
autoimmune diseases detected by using RNA dot blotting. Thepatients
wcre 18 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE ) , 22 cases of
sjogren syndromg(SS)and 21 cases of rheumatic arthritis(RA).The level
of CD2 mRNA in these patients wereincreased more significantly than
that of the normals. The ratios of CD4/CD8 mRNA were alsoincreased in
both SLE and RA patients, and normal in SS patients. The results
suggested thatthe increase of CD2 mRNA expression could be effective
on the CD4 and CD8 mRNA expressionand balance of immune system. The
significance of this study was discussed.
