摘要
本文研究了8名健康志愿者单剂口服索他洛尔160mg后药代动力学,用高效液相色谱法测定血清和尿样中索他洛尔浓度,结果表明:药代动力学呈二室模型,Tlag0.33±0.10h,Tmax3.38±0.69h,Cmax1.62±0.32mg/l,AUC16.2±3.1mg·h ̄(-1)·L ̄(-1),T_(1/2)β14.2±5.0h,Vd3.64±1.35l/kg,CL169.2±28.8ml/min,我国索他洛尔药代动力学与西方人近似,具有生物利用度较高、表观分布容积较大以及半衰期较长的特点,而且无性别之间的显著差异.
The pharmacokinetics of sotalol were studied in 8 Chinese healthy volunteers after a single oral administration of 160mg.The serum and urine concentration of sotalol were measured by HPLC.The results demonstrated that pharmacokinetics of sotalol was a fit to fit two-compartment model and the mean Tlag was0.33±0.10h.Tmax3.38±0.69h,Cmax 1.62±0.32mg/l,AUC 16.2±3.1mg·h-1·L-1,T1/2β14.2±5.0h,Vd 3.64±1.35 l/kg and CL 169.2±28.8 ml/min.These results are similar to the pharmacokinetics in the Caucasians.There was no significant difference between male and female in the pharmacokinetics of sotalol.
