摘要
在３６例成人尸体上观测了肩肿背神经、支配肩肿提肌和前锯肌的神经以及前、中斜角肌的起始部。认为肩肿背神经和胸长神经上、中支易受卡压，是引起肩背痛的主要因素，造成卡压的解剖结构主要是中斜角肌的腱性起始部。通过时解剖观测结果的综合分析，提出手术治疗应注重切除中斜角肌的用性起始部，并彻底清除受卡压神经周围的纤维组织。

superior and middle branches of long thoracic nerve can beentrapped
by the tendinous original part of the scalenus medius,which might be
one of the mainreasons of shoulder pain,In this cases the tendinous
original part of the scalenus medius should becut off and the fibrous
tissues around the compressed nerves should be cleared thoroughly.
