摘要
为提供腹部皮片切取时所需解剖学数据，取６例意外死亡者腹下部皮肤，用计算机田像分析系统测量了皮肤各层次厚度和皮内各层次血曹的面积比。由于夫皮伸入到乳头之间并随皮沟下陷，因而皮肤含表皮层总厚度可达０．２６ｍｍ。刃厚皮片厚度宜小于上值。中厚皮片宜包入乳头下血管吻合网，故其厚度宜大于０．４３ｍｍ。厚中厚皮片在腹部切入乏血管网区，其厚度宜占腹部皮肤总厚的１／３左右。

graft,should be takenas about l/3 of the whole thickness of the
abdominal skin.
