摘要
本文报告了蒸汽碘染色心肌传导束的实验结果。选用8条杂种大,分成两组,急性处死后取出心脏,分别用Lugols溶液和碘蒸汽两种方法染色;另取8条杂种犬,在体外循环下切开右心房,通过三尖瓣暴露右室隔面,直视下进行碘蒸汽染色,记录心脏复跳后心电图改变,最后急性处死取心肌作组织学观察。结果显示,离体犬心脏两仲染色方法均能清晰显示右束枝、左束枝及其分枝,活体犬心脏经碘蒸汽染色后,未出现完全性传导阻滞和完全世右束枝传导阻滞,心肌超微结构也无明显改变。本文结果揭示,采用碘蒸汽染色心脏传导束可获得与碘溶液相同的染色效果,而可避免碘溶液染色造成的心脏传导阻滞的发生,此种方法简便易行,有较大的临床应用价值。

canine hearts were divided into two groups and were stained with
idionsolution and idion vapor respectively,The other 8 dogs were
conducted into cardiopulmonary by-pass to expose the septum from the
right side of the heart and stan with idion vapor. EEG wasrecorded
and histological structrue was studied after staining in vivo. The
results showed neithercomplete AV block nor complete right bundle
branch block(cRBBB)and no ultrasturcturechanges were observed. This
demonstrated that idion vapor can stain the heart induction systemas
clear as idion solution,and it has an advantage of avoiding the
conduction system from damage,which was reported occurringly after
idion solution staining.
