摘要
在３６侧灌注红色乳胶或墨汁的成人下肢标本上，结合下颌区多种组织缺损的修复术，对腓骨肌皮复合瓣血供、神经等进行了解剖学研究。术式设计以吻合诽血管腓骨瓣修复下颌骨；长屈肌瓣和腓骨长肌瓣分别修复口外或口内肌缺损；带感觉神经的小腿外侧皮瓣修复口内粘膜或口外皮肤缺损。文中讨论了应用解剖学要点及术中应注意的问题。

reconstrtiction of severe tissue defects in mandibular region,a
compound fibular os-teomyocutaneous flap was designed.The blood
stipply and nerve innervation to the grafts werestudied on 32 adult
lower extremities perfused with red latex and 4 fresh amputated
specimens in-jected with red latex or black ink.Mandibular
reconstrtiction could be accomplished through mul-ti-transplantations
of the fibular bone flap with fibular vessels,the long flexor muscle
of greartoe or long peroneal muscle graft for repairing the
mtisctilar defects inside or outside mouth,andthe lateral cutaneous
flap of leg for the defect of oral mticosa or skin,The dermal
sensation couldbe recovered by suturing of the lateral cutaneous
nerve of calf with the inferior alveolar nerve orthe buccal nerve.
