摘要
在30侧成人下肢标本上,对足背逆转皮瓣的血供和静脉回流作解剖观测。每侧足背动脉近端发出皮支约2.2±0.8条,外径约0.6±0.2mm。浅弓支恒定,93.6%无瓣膜。足背静脉平均有瓣膜2.4个、交通支4.0条、旁路2.1个。足底深支静脉瓣膜少,有1~3条交通支。足背皮瓣逆转后,由足底深支逆流的动脉血达足背动脉皮支供血。静脉血可通过足背静脉交通支、旁路逆流至足底深支静脉经足底外侧静脉回流。也可通过浅弓支经足背静脉弓至大、小隐静脉回流。在临床施行6例足背皮瓣逆转术,全部成活。
he blood supply and venous drainage of
the reverse dorsal pedis flap were observed on 30adtilt cadaveric
lower limbs.Each clorsal pedis artery sends 1~3 ctitaneotis branches
with an av-erage diameter of 0.6±0.2 mm at proximal part.The
stiperficial arch branches are between thedistal part of dorsal pedis
vein and the dorsal pedis arcusvein and93.6%of them have no valves.
The dorsal pedis vein has averagely 2.4 valves,4.0 communicating
branches and 2.1 venous by- passes.Fewer valves and 1~
3commtunicating branches are in the deep branch of plantar veins.
After retrograde transplantation,the flap is stipplied by the ramus
plantaries profundus of thedorsal pedis artery,and the venous
drainage is either through the ramtis plaiitaries proftindus tothe
lateral plantar vein or throtigh the stiperficial arch branches to
the dorsal pedis vein arch.Sixcases of retrograde transplantation of
dorsal pedis flap were successftully performed clinically.
