摘要
在４０侧成人下肢标本上，对腓肠肌形态、血供及其神经作了解剖学观测，在２侧标本上进行摹拟手术实验。结果表明：带血管神经蒂的腓肠肌移位代股四头肌，不必吻接血管，向肌内分离结扎血管束两侧的小分支，可获得血管蒂长度。临床应用３例，经术后３个月随访，肌力达Ⅲ～Ⅳ级。
he morphology and blood
and nerve stipply of the gastrocnemius muscle were observed on40
adult cadaveric limbs,and imitative operations were performed on 2
specimens.The resultsshowed that enough length of vascular pedicle
could be got in the transposition of gastrocnemiusmuscle for
quadriceps muscle,by separation and ligation the small vascular
branches. Satisfacto-ry results have been gained in 3 case of
patients with this operation. Three month following-upsurvey showed
that the myodynamia reaches Ⅲ～Ⅳ degrees.
