摘要
在７例成人颈推标本上摹拟颈后路推间孔扩大成形术。分别切除２５％、５０％、７５％、１００％椎间关节和相邻部分椎板，测量颈神经报暴露长度、推动脉与脊髓间距离及其与钩突、椎间盘相互间位置关系。对门除５０％和７５％椎间关节两组神经根进行不同力值牵拉与术野暴露范围的研究。结果表明：切除５０％椎间关节最为理想。文中重点讨论了如何安全、有效地切除钩突和手术设计的解剖学依据。
ilateral facetectomies of 25,50,75 and 100
percents of the intervertabral facets were simu-lated in 7 adult
fresh cervical spine specimens(C_(4～7)). The length of exposed nerve
root,distancebetween vertebral arteries and spinal cord,and the
syntopy of the nerve root with uncinate pro-cess and intervertebral
disc were measured.Nerve roots were tracted by different forces to
seehow wide operation field can be got in the groups with 50%and
75%facetectomy.It concludedthat 50%facetectomy is preferable in the
enlargement of intervertebral foramen during posteriorcervical
facetectomy.
